Hi, I’m Rhi—a personal trainer and online coach with over five years of experience helping clients from all walks of life reclaim their relationship with fitness and health. During my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 150 clients worldwide, dedicating thousands of hours to one-on-one coaching, both in-person and online.

From the start, it was clear to me that the traditional fitness and diet industry wasn’t always built with people’s well-being in mind. In fact, so many of the ‘quick fixes’ and harsh rules out there can do more harm than good, leaving people stuck in a frustrating cycle that often harms both their bodies and confidence. I’ve seen this damage first-hand, and that’s why I’m here: to help people like you unlearn the myths of diet culture, embrace sustainable fitness, and make lasting changes without the nonsense or pressure.

My mission is to empower you to take ownership of your health and fitness journey on your terms. I believe that fitness should be freeing, fun, and, above all, something that brings you joy—not stress.
