What we cover:
We look in depth at your nutrition, schedule, lifestyle, and current levels of training experience. Working directly with me gives us time and space to tackle the big stuff that has been holding you back up until this point- gym anxiety, food stuff, and what it means to for you to build a body that feels like home!

Whether your prepping for top surgery, wanting to build a more masculine physique, or just looking for a reliable coach who sees and understand you - This is for you
My approach:
I like to take things week by week, but always working toward a 3-6 month goal. Life happens and what was manageable a week ago may not be manageable today, so Iām a big fan of regular communication through weekly check ins, DMs via my coaching app, and running commentary as you go through your workouts. The more I know, the more I can help you!
